During a recent presentation at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg, Canada, human rights activist and chairman of the Boris Nemtsov Foundation for Freedom Vladimir Kara-Murza discussed the current human rights situation in Russia and the plight of political prisoners incarcerated by the Putin regime, including Alexey Pichugin’s.
