US Congressmen call for the release of political prisoners in Russia, including Alexey Pichugin

The Chairman and Ranking Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, Rep. Eliot Engel (D-NY) and Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), introduced House Resolution 958 calling for the release of Russian political prisoners – including Alexei Pichugin  – and urging U.S. sanctions on Russian government officials responsible for their continued detention.
