On June 10, Irwin Cotler, chair of the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights and former justice minister of Canada, was joined by members of the International Coalition to Free the Kremlin’s Political Prisoners and Canadian parliamentarians from all parties at a press conference to launch the “Kremlin’s Political Prisoners” report in Canada and call for sanctioning the perpetrators of human rights repression in Russia via Magnitsky laws.
