Key prosecution witness Ovsyannikov recants his prior inculpatory statements. He says that he was given the names of Pichugin, Nevzlin and Khodorkovsky and told to falsely implicate them in the crimes or else Ovsyannikov would be charged with being the head of an organized criminal group.
