A British court denies the extradition of Yukos employee Alexander Temerko, finding that the case against him is politically motivated by a desire to punish Mr. Khodorkovsky.

The Court specifically observed that Mr. Pichugin’s rights had been violated in Russia and the Court denied extradition, in part, based on a finding that Mr. Temerko could be similarly abused.
